Disappointing Four Seasons experience
"Stayed in a club room, so will divide the review into room and lounge. Room: Looked impressive and clean at first. I started smelling cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room so made a complaint, and I think they then placed an air purifer at the corridor. But kept smelling cigatette all night ..."
