My stay at the Paleis hotel was nothing short of fantastic. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very comfortable, quiet, and privacy is respected by all. The situation of the hotel is excellent, as it allows you to explore The Hague's best food offerings, is close to museums and galleries, and public transport such as the tram in case you want to travel to the beach or other areas of the city.

Fully renovated but with the charm and warmth of all Dutch houses, this Hotel is the perfect place to stay in Den Haag. The location is perfect, right at the center of all main tourist spots, on a lively but cozy street. Walking distance from the train station. Good value breakfast. Check in and check out can be done online, or though the AI assistant or with their welcoming staff. Elevator, so you don't have to carry your luggage through Dutch stairs. A real bathroom, not like modern hotels. We stayed for 7 days during our honeymoon, as we chose Den Haag as our base ground while exploring Holland. Every day, after many trains and sightseeing, it was like coming back home.

Beautiful room and lobby, a few stains on bedsheets but otherwise a very clean hotel with great interior design choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful, though I was not given a physical key card upon arrival and relied on an app for a few days. The app stopped working late in the evening and I was locked out of the hotel. I received a physical key card the next morning. The location is great! All in all, a lovely hotel and would definitely recommend it and stay there again!

Boutique hotel close to museums and galleries

A beautiful boutique hotel in the centre, ideal for exploring the city. There is no breakfast on site and we didn’t take the arrangement with a couple of nearby restaurants but there are many coffee shops and bakeries around. There is no air conditioning in the property but they provide an efficient fan in each room.

Everything was truly perfect: beds are comfortable, the staff is super kind, the breakfast is very nice, the coffee in the room is great. Everything is truly exceptional! Central location, quaint and personal

Located in middle of Haag tourist quarters, so hard to find more central location. Everything within walking distance. Excellent service, friendly staff. Skipped hotel breakfast, plenty of breakfast places to choose from on surrounding streets. Hotel offer parking, but be aware access by car is very difficult. Basically only one way to get there, via narrow one way streets packed with tourists. Get detailed directions from hotel staff before attempting to drive there.

The Paleis Hotel is in a great location for shopping, dining and sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was generously sized with lots of storage for clothing and suitcases. The only difficulty was with check in. There isn’t a regularly staffed front desk and we did not receive the email with the code to open the door to the hotel before we arrived. It was unclear how to contact hotel staff to be let in.

What can I say about this fantastic hotel which was the pinnacle of my stays during my trip to the Netherlands; the staff were nice and friendly; the hotel and room was clean and spotless and the location was perfect for exploring Den Hagg.
