"Breakfast was good food was fine the buffet set up however did not seem to flow well making it difficult to find things. "

"Staff is helpful and friendly. I like the flower that was delivered everyday in the lobby and floor foyer. I also like the connecting rooms which is a plus for family travel. I'm particularly impressed by the blanket that is thin but warm for the April cold and windy weather. The location is close to train station. I don't like the bathroom which has a shelving right on top of the sink faucet which got in the way of my head when brushing my teeth. Those should be removed, in my opinion. Also the bath area does not have a glass door which makes floor wet outside of the tub."

"The staff was wonderful and friendly. Niels in particular was very kind. The breakfast buffet (paid) was very good and the bottle filler was a nice touch in the lobby. I was surprised that the room was a little dated considering how nice the lobby was. Carpet was a bit dingy and the lack of shower door was a mess, causing water to spill out of the shower and onto the floor. "

"This is a semi-automated hotel; staff is generally not in the building. The automation is iffy--the check-out kiosk in the lobby couldn't find our reservation by last name or by reservation number. We finally had to call to check out. On the plus side, the rooms were very clean. On the minus side, there is a large and poorly placed pillar next to the bed, which makes getting in and out of bed a chancier proposition than it should be. The location is excellent--maybe 150 meters from the central train station. Important note: This isn't the hotel's responsibility, but Google Maps will navigate you (even for walking directions) to the parking lot in the *back* of the hotel rather than to the far more convenient *front* of the hotel. "
