"Very nice hotel, center of town, welcoming staff and the food was very good. Floors are a bit creaky due to buildings age. Thurso seems to be a stop for people going on to Orkney, but if i needed a base to see Caithness, i would stay at the Pentland. Single room reasonably priced."

The hosts are very friendly and the house has everything you need, with lots of thought gone into all the little things you might need for your stay.The wider area - the north coast of Scotland - is fantastic and this house is the perfect place to explore it from.
