"The hotel is beautiful. Very clean and has a very nice scent. It's very aesthetic and clean. We had a very short trip so we didn't really use the enmities but it was safe, clean and comfortable. A few things I could mention is that my shower didn't work. It wouldn't turn on. To be fair, I didn't tell anyone because I had about 30 minutes to clean up and change for time theatre tickets. The other thing is the pre registered check in. There was a giant line and I asked a staff member if there was a separate line if you already registered. There in fact was a separate line and I waited about 50 unnecessary minutes. Overall I would definitely stay here again."

"Good hotel at the heart of Times Square NY. Even only one elevator was functional, support staff was assisting all the guests. It is acceptable based on the prices. No water was available to drink at night time. Rest everything was above average."

"Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly all around. Great location with easy access to public transit and Times Square. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby. The elevators were the only think I’d say could be improved but I’m sure that applies to all the older buildings that are this tall. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This was the perfect stay. It was a very convenient location—near Times Square, but with just enough distance so that it wasn’t noisy. In fact, it was one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed at in NYC. The beds were comfortable and everything was nice! The only complaint was that there is no ice machine, but you could get ice by going to the bar."
