"Bathroom hot water was awful cause all time suddenly the water came super super mega hyper hot during the entire process."

"Excellent hotel, as soon as you walk in you could feel the good vibes and great ambiance. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with welcoming treats that made us feel special. The 24 hour coffee at the lounge was a plus we loved it, free beer, coffee and snack and a great place to unwind and relax. The staff went out of their way in always attending to our needs. The roof top restaurant had the most amazing view and the morning buffet was another great plus. Walking distance to centro historico. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. "

"It was a good stay, the staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel do needs renovations it's outdated, but it´s good, the housekeeping staff was amazing with us!!!. The last night was the worst around 2 am another guest tried to open our room door accompanied by a staff member me and my friend were shaking in fear, I was not able to sleep at all that night, the staff claimed the other guest confused the numbers but as a previous worker in the hotel industry I would always double check if a room was occupied before going with a guest and try to open up a room like come on everything is on the system, but still 4 girls staying in the room alone, we got really scared."

"Best hotel experience I have had in Mexico: beautiful building right in the heart of the capital city and the country, magnificent view from the terrace, and most helpful staff. Breakfast was not great, but there are excellent cafes close by (Cafe de Tacuba, Cafe Popular, for instance). Our room was super clean, comfortable, and spacious even if it was not one of the suites facing zócalo, which must be spectacular but certainly well above my means. All in all, I highly and totally recommend this breathtaking hotel."

"Our stay at the Historicó Central Hotel in Mexico City was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed and cared for. Every morning we enjoyed the fresh breakfast, which had a great variety and was always delicious. One of our favorite touches was the coffee bar and snack section — having complimentary snacks, drinks, beer, coffee, and refreshments available throughout the day made the experience feel extra special. The location was perfect, just steps away from the Zócalo and so many historic attractions, making it easy to explore the city. We were also celebrating my son’s graduation during our visit, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it memorable by surprising us with balloons and elegant chocolates in the room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly meant a lot to our family. We also appreciated the daily touches like cold bottled water and fresh apples always available for guests. Every detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to hospitality and guest comfort. I highly recommend Histórico Central Hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City.
