Apartment was very clean & spacious had everything we needed along with a balcony, staff were fast to respond to any messages I send before arriving & didn’t see anyone when I was there just how I like it! Easy self check-in & out overall a fantastic place at a good price would definitely recommend this place to anyone & hopefully I’ll return one day. Thanks for everything we had a blast what a lovely city to visit ❤️"

Good location, walking distance to all the sights and main metro station (which brings you directly to/from the airport), very nice and well designed rooms, clean and new, good toilettries, and the best part - an excellent breakfast buffet, with mixed options including some typical bulgarian foods. Folks at reception were really kind and helpful too."

"Insgesamt kein Best Western Standard. Unfreundlicher Service an der Rezeption. Die Tischdecken im Früstücksraum waren sehr dreckig. Es gab nur Toast oder pappelige weiße Brötchen, keine Körnerbrötchen. Ansonsten war alles da. Bei Abreise um 4 Uhr morgens gab es keine Frühstücksbox mit der frechen Bemerkung ich hätte ja keine geordert. Wenn ich mich um 4 Uhr wecken lasse und ein Taxi bestelle, gehe ich davon aus, da es noch kein Frühstück gibt, das man mir etwas anbietet."
