He is welcoming, gracious, knowledgeable and excited to share his love of Bulgaria and his breadth of knowledge with all of his guests. He is the main reason to stay at Casa Ferrari. We can’t thank him enough for his hospitality. Accommodations are clean and comfortable and are in a good, walkable location. The room was large and breakfast good. By US standards, this is a very modest accommodation which was good for us and afforded us nice opportunities to interact with the other guests from various international locations. The place is 20minutes walking from the nearest metro station. There is a wide living room, kitchen, and laundry. In the room, bed, desk, sofa,cloak, toilet and shower. But the reason why I recommend is the owner. His co-host is a descendant of Italian kraftman. So our furniture came from 1910-20Italian. He set up perfect breakfast at 8:30\. Plus, he explains short history of Sofia. The excellent manager thinks that Expedia sends the email, but Expedia does not. As he does not reside on the premises, he needs to know in advance the arrival time of guests so that he can be there. Fortunately, he was able to locate me on What'sApp and ask me for the information. Super Unterkunft mit sehr nettem Gastgeber, der viel über die Geschichte Bulgariens erzählen kann und auch gerne Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants gibt. Wir hatten eine super Zeit.
