It's a nice, clean, well maintained budget apart hotel. Close to the train and bus stations. We arrived late, so self check-in was easy and smooth. Spacious room. Very comfortable beds.

The apartment was beautiful It was full of light with two balconies and a full kitchen. The problem was that I couldn't get the electric cooktop to work. I contacted the owner and was told they would only talk through WhatsApp. I set that up and contacted them again. The owner told me how to operate the stove. It did not work. She sent someone over. It took them about 5 minutes to turn it on, and then it kept turning off. I contacted the owner again. She came over, and the same thing was repeated. She left with the stove still not working. I was doing pasta, and it was only half cooked. So the stove was not useful. There was an oven, but no pans to use. When I told the owner the stove was still not working, she left a sarcastic message asking if I wanted her to cook my dinner. The neighborhood surrounding the property looked sketchy, with lots of graffiti and garbage. I mostly took taxis back and forth. When I arrived, the entry code did not work. It had changed, and I was not informed. Luckily for me, the owner saw me arrive and got me in.

Excellent location very easy to get in & out of the city via tram. Apartment was very clean & spacious had everything we needed along with a balcony, staff were fast to respond to any messages I send before arriving & didn’t see anyone when I was there just how I like it! Easy self check-in & out overall a fantastic place at a good price would definitely recommend this place to anyone & hopefully I’ll return one day. Thanks for everything we had a blast what a lovely city to visit ❤️

Great Hotel

As always was a great stay here. Great communications and always seem genuinely happy to help with any queries or requests. Great location for a stroll into the city and close to the rail and bus stations. Self check in is a big bonus for me.

We had a pleasant short stay here. The location was ideal for our needs, and the free parking (available upon request in advance) was a great bonus. The property was clean, spacious, and offered clear instructions for self check-in and check-out, which made everything very convenient. The only downsides were the mattress, which we found a bit uncomfortable, and the fact that there was only one pillow per person. Aside from that, it was a great stay and good value overall.

We had a very nice stay. We absolutely loved having a washer! We were so comfortable there that we extended our stay another night. If you are a foreigner, ensure you have cell service in Bulgaria and don't solely depend on Wifi. You will need it to text for the code to enter the building for the first time. It was about a five-minute walk to the metro in a nice neighborhood. However, the views from the apartment are okay but not beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and would return.
