"Dtaff were very helpful and friendly. Late check out was offered if i signed up into the group which was free. The only drawback os the the bar closing at 11 when we landed quite a lot later than that. Otherwise 5/5 "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had found the hotel based on searching for somewhere we hadn’t been before. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was lovely to be able to walk around the grounds in the evening. While there isn’t a great deal to do in Ware, Scott’s Grotto (only open Saturday afternoon) and Hatfield House (30 minutes drive away) are both worth a visit. Thank you to all who made it an enjoyable weekend away for our family."

"Service was excellent from check in to check out. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Fantastic facilities to cater for the whole family! Our breakfast was delicious and staff were kind to prepare a special dietary meal for my husband. Will definitely visit The Essex again."
