The friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff were amazing in all areas of this lovely boutique hotel. Friendly faces at every turn. Room was spacious and comfortable, with quality amenities. Location is excellent in the Old Quarter but a quieter area. But the gem is the rooftop infinity pool and bar with amazing views over Hoan Kiem Lake. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Gym was well equipped and the Spa massage was wonderful. We hope we can return to experience the wonderful service again.

Breakfast Buffett was great
Service from everyone awesome especially Rachelle Bui- who WhatsApp convenience and communication was fast and helpful and she was very nice all smiles made the stay great
