The resort was recommended while we were searching for a destination to celebrate our honeymoon. Booking about Expedia was great, except the management of the booked airplane tickets. The contact with the support of Burasari in preparation of the journey was unfortunatly a little inadequate because we got no answer for our request. The way to Burasari went well, flights were booked properly and we got to the island for free by boat. The accommodation was friendly and supportive, our room was climatized and the furniture was good. Big shower, deposit safe, little fridge, charged waterbottles, clean and welcome gift, SmartTV, back porch, makeup mirror, bedlinen-change every day, drying rack, but the sink ran off badly. You could call the reception 24/7. Golf carts could be called to drive you through the complex. 3 restaurants, 2 big pools, 3 bars, equipment and event pavillon at the beach front, gym, spa tent; lots of good features. If you want to travel to Phuket, you are dependent on the offered boat times. It’s as well possible to request other times by going with TukTuk and Longtailboat for 200BHT. The staff is always helpful and very friendly, their english skills are sometimes bad :D We just ordered breakfast and it was very good every day. In the evenings, we sometimes ordered food for inroom-dining - as well good. Prices on the island were much higher then in Phuket (bottle of water 7BHT - 85 BHT), but activities and rentable equipment were very good. All in all good.

Fantastic amenities and location. Prices are a bit steep for what you get though in my opinion. The TVs are not smart, sound is poor, but overall a great stay. Just beware the $45 water bottle charge if you happen to not see the label on it advising it is 1000 baht - yes, 1000 baht, if you use it. Apart from that, a good trip

Staff were very welcoming during our late check in and even upgraded our room. We got the private suite but were unable to use it due to the cleanliness of it. We let the staff know and it was cleaned regularly during our stay but with no filtration it was still not clean enough for us so we just used the community pools. Beach tide varied so we didn’t get to enjoy that either because the water just wasn’t pleasant looking. I would stay again if we vacationed here with a few adjustments on my end.

Suite itself is beautiful. Location is a little difficult. Coming and going or waiting for a golf cart was a little inconvenient since we have a party of four and they max at 3 passengers. Definitely do not pack heels unless you have your ride service come straight to lobby every time. Even though room is beautiful there a few cleaning items that were not five star and a little wear and tear showing. There were someone else’s falsie lashes on the black matt in master bathroom. Pimple patches melted down on coffee table. Found it kind of gross to continue to find things left behind from previous guests.
