The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was consistently pleasing, the shared areas and pool were always clean and well maintained, and the beach across the road had great spots to eat as well as for massages. "Overall, an absolutely beautiful hotel with very kind people. The room was excellent and I’ve never been to a more friendly place. The only negatives would be at times The staff just didn’t understand drink orders, and there were a few meals where the service was slow and inconsistent. Again they were super friendly, but I feel a bit young and inexperienced to deal with more complicated requests. Also didn’t like that they had a yoga class every couple days, but it was $45 if you wanted to participate. I think at this price point things like that should be included. Other observation is that it is very family friendly, and me and my wife were just about the only people there without little kids. So if you are a couple looking to hang out with other couples, this may not be your spot, but if you have kids, then it should be perfect. But overall a wonderful stay with super lovely people!"
