#### Be Careful of Unexpected Charges
We couldn't fault the villa at all, although we did have a day when the WiFi wasn't working. What we was not expecting was that when you originally book there is no details of being charged extra for electricity, this should be visible along side the housekeeping charges as you find on other sites. You are only made aware of these charges in the terms and conditions after you have booked. Also we left for an early flight and was charged extra for the housekeeper to collect the keys . He was only next door and we could have dropped them round before we left, another unexpected charge of 30 euros.

Le propriétaire a fait le choix audacieux de bien équiper cette maison et le résultat est là, on s'est senti comme chez nous dans cette très jolie villa. Pas de commentaires sur les visites car notre choix était de nous reposer, Le quartier étant calme, nous avons pu le faire sans problème. Très bon contact également. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et disponible.

#### Beautiful house for a great holiday
We stayed in the house for one week with 8 young adults. Every room is air conditioned and clean. You can use everything, like the Thermomix or the wine cooler. Most beautiful is the big terrace with a stunning view and a big pool. The city of Moraira is average to other tourist towns. It takes about 30 minutes to walk down to the beach. All in all it's very recommendable and we're definately planning our next trip to Moraira.

What a beautiful villa!! Located in a peaceful location with stunning vistas it’s the perfect place to relax and explore the surrounding area. The house was presented to us by the owners property manager in immaculate condition and he couldn’t be any more helpful We wouldn’t hesitate to re book this villa (already have) and would like to thank Guy (the owner) for giving us the opportunity to enjoy his home away from home!!

#### Beautifully appointed villa in a perfect location for town and beaches.
We had a week here in early June for half term - two adults and two children aged under 6\. We absolutely loved it. The villa itself is lovely, especially the outside dining, swimming pool and terrace area with plenty of space to relax, play with the kids and enjoy the views. Little touches like the Sonos sound system connected to the outside meant you could float around in the pool and listen to tunes at the same time! Great! In terms of location the villa is ideally placed - just a five minute drive in to Moraira town or to beach. The beach is beautiful by the way, clean and well maintained with rock pools for the kids to enjoy. Moraira itself has a slightly upmarket feel about it without being remotely pretentious. Would definitely return.

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette villa qui est tout simplement parfaite. Confort (mobilier extérieur de qualité, BBQ, plancha,...), service de qualité (pisciniste, jardinier, linge de maison,...), accueil et disponibilité au rendez-vous. Het was zalig verblijven op het zonneterras aan het verwarmde zwembad, elke morgen, middag en avond buiten gegeten en genoten van de overcomplete binnen en buitenkeuken. Voor het overige zeer proper en net, en ook de zalig goede bedden zijn vermeldenswaard.

De villa in Moraira welke wij hebben gehuurd is zeer compleet, ruim en schoon waar het aan niets ontbreekt. Er is een complete keuken met een overvloed aan goed bestek en apparatuur etc... te veel om op te noemen. Men kan werkelijk koken als een professional. Een plus punt is ook dat de bedden groot, comfortabel en schoon zijn. De villa biedt een buitengewoon mooi uitzicht over Moraira en een leuk uitzicht op de zee. Het onthaal door Alec de buurman was zeer vriendelijk en wij hebben met hem en zijn vrouw ook een heel gezellige avond doorgebracht. De hele familie heeft genoten van het verwarmde en lekker diepe zwembad, temeer daar het weer redelijk fris was. Indien wij weer naar Moraira gaan zullen wij zeker hier proberen te boeken. Het enige minpunt is DAT ER GEEN MINPUNTEN ZIJN. Wij bedanken de eigenaars dan ook omdat zij ons verblijf tot een succes hebben gemaakt. Monique, Hans, Ghislaine, Thierry, Laura en Julie.

Nous ne pouvons que confirmer les propos d'Anne ! Maison avec magnifique vue et terrasse très agréable. L'espace piscine est appréciable : même avec la série de chaises longues il reste encore beaucoup d'espace pour bouger. L'intérieur est moderne et décoré avec goût, l'équipement nickel mais à cette période en Espagne on profite plus de l'extérieur et nous avons eu un coup de foudre pour la partie repas extérieure super bien organisée avec sa plancha, son barbecue, son point d'eau et son grand frigidaire-congélateur. A recommander sans hésiter si vous n'y allez pas en même temps que nous ;-) Famille Boireau

Nous ne pouvons que confirmer les propos d'Anne ! Pour nous aussi ces 15 jours étaient très agréables. L'intérieur de la villa est moderne et décoré avec goût. L'équipement parfait et nickel pour déguster de bons petits plats ! L'extérieur : notre coup de foudre. Une terrasse spacieuse avec une vue imprenable sur la baie où il fait bon prendre un verre. Beaucoup d'espace autour de la piscine. Le coin repas est superbe avec sa grande table, sa plancha, son barbecue, son réfrigérateur/congélateur et son point d'eau. Nous avons passé 15 jours formidables à 2 familles dans cette maison. Agréable piscine avec une belle terasse équipée de parasols et transats pour tout le monde, et quelle vue magnique! L'espace pour déjeuner dehors est bien à l'abri du soleil avec un frigo supplémentaire, un BBQ et une plancha, et la musique grace à l'installation Sonos. Tout est très bien pensé dans la maison, et le matériel est formidable : ustensiles de cuisine, thermonix, cave à vin, trancheuse à jambon...rien ne manque. Il y a aussi un système d'alarme ce qui est plutôt rassurant. Bref c'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons. Anne

Wij hebben een fantastische week doorgebracht in deze villa die aan al onze verwachtingen voldeed. Zeer verzorgd en smaakvol, alles wat je maar denkt nodig te hebben is er. We voelden ons thuis! Na aankomst informeerde de eigenaar of alles naar wens was. Auto huren is wel een must. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

prachtig en gerieflijk huis, mooi terras en uitzicht, top keuken installatie, ook de buitenkeuken. Misschien goed om zonne "stores" aan te brengen in buitenkeuken en eetkamer.
