It also boasts an incredible location, less than 300 meters (a 4-minute walk) from the sandy Les Platgetes beach and several of the Costa Blanca's most charming restaurants. Your pet is wellcome in Villa la Calita (50€ extra cost). Highlights for: \- perfect location, next to the sea , restaurans and shops but in a very quiet street. \- all in only one floor. \- careful decoration project both in furniture and decoration details. \- beautiful architectural structure that combines the modern style with the mediterranean lifestyle. \- new villa finished in 2023 so it is in perfect state of maintenance. Location: less than 300 metres away: \- sandy beach called les platgetes \- several of the most charming restaurants on the costa blanca \- services such as pharmacy, bakery and take-away food shops. At about 900 metres you will find: \- large beach of moraira, l\`ampolla. \- moraira, charming village with all its services. Distribution: the villa, has only one floor. There is a living-dining room with large windows to give easy access to the terrace and the private swimming pool. The living room has an open plan kitchen with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a perfect stay. Through a corridor we access to 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, and the other 2 share a complete bathroom with shower. On the same floor is the laundry room and ironing area and a toilet rooms for guests. The exterior of the house has its own swimming pool with a large sunbathing, a very ample terrace with a table and chairs and an addiitonal area with a spacious barbeque. Some of the best restaurants are around the corner and the sea is just a two minute walk. Luxury feeling throughout the entire house and everything you need to cook and relax by the pool.
