Located in a quiet urbanised area just 700m from the Portet beach in Moraira, the old fishing village of Villa Rodriganda is the perfect place to spend unforgettable holidays.
The villa has a private swimming pool with sun loungers and an umbrella. In addition to a spacious and warm terrace and an outdoor barbecue, surrounded by nature, with pine trees and palm trees that provide coolness during the hottest months.
From the garden, you can access the Riu Rau, where you can enjoy dinners with family or friends.
The villa is distributed on a single floor, decorated in a rustic and cosy manner. It has a living-dining room with an independent and well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with double beds, which have air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
In its 8 km of coastline, we find beaches awarded with the Qualitur flag and the blue flag, standing out for their careful cleanliness, unbeatable water quality and their diverse and comfortable services and activities. Beaches such as Portet, with fine sand and crystal-clear waters and recognisable by its shell-like shape. At the foot of the Castle, l'Ampolla extends, the most crowded, urban and extensive of the beaches with fine golden sand in the locality.
Diving is one of the most interesting sports and leisure offerings. Moraira has 5 underwater routes (Labyrinth, Cap d'Or, Portet, Andragó and Cap Blanc) that show a world full of colour and natural wealth.
The Moraira Nautical Club is considered one of the best sports ports in the Valencian Community and is the centre of a highly animated area. Sailing courses are organised in summer and competitions, with the most important being the Spanish Regularity Championship in June, and the Friendship Offshore Regatta, usually in September.
The quality of the gastronomy of this locality is demonstrated in its numerous and varied restaurant offering.

#### Ubicación de ensueño
Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación del alojamiento. Un lugar tranquilo con buen acceso y espacio para los huéspedes. El jardín y terraza es de ensueño, un espacio maravilloso y tranquilo para tomar un cafe. Mucha paz. Además, está muy cerca de todos los lugares de la costa blanca, Moraira, Calpe, Denia, Javea en pleno Noviembre hemos tenido un tiempo espléndido soleado y temperatura muy agradable. Aspectos que podrían mejorar la estancia. Faltaban mantas porque por la noche refrescaba un poco y lo que tenían las habitaciones era escaso. También no contábamos con que no había gel y champú (aunque esto no es un problema nada grave). Por último, aunque es más complicado la casa al ser algo antigua se notaba mucho la humedad y olor a cerrado al entrar, sin embargo eran pequeños detalles que tampoco afectaban mucho, pero son los puntos que identifico que si se solventasen mejorarían la experiencia, pero en general todo muy bien.
