The Villa ELTRECE, in El Portet de Moraira, has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 adults and 1 child. With beautiful sea views, a superb location and a contemporary design, the villa offers all the comforts for a great family holiday.
Layout of the villa:
With 300 m2 of living space, the property is divided into two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the main level and through a beautiful entrance door, we access an entrance hall that leads us to a bright and spacious open-plan living room, with high ceilings and large windows overlooking the sea and the small pool, air conditioning, a sitting area with two beautiful sofas, TV and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room with a nice bar separating the two rooms. On the same floor there is a study with a desk and a sofa bed for a child, a complete bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning and the master bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and private bathroom with shower.
A beautiful staircase, protected by a glass door, takes us to the lower floor of the villa, where we find the third bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a large play area with table tennis table and relaxation area.
Outside the villa:
With a plot of 900 m2, the villa has a parking area in front of the main entrance with space for one vehicle.
From the living room there is access to the terrace area with outdoor sofas and beautiful sea views, a modern 2.60m / 6m swimming pool and sunbathing area.
On the same terrace, there is a laundry room with washing machine and outside sink.
It is 900m from the sandy beach "Playa del Portet", 900m from the supermarket, 900m from the restaurant, 2km from the town "Moraira" and is located in an ideal area for families and within an urbanization.

It has garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, iron, free internet access (wifi), gas central heating, air conditioning in the living room, private swimming pool, open air parking in the same building, 1 TV.

#### Great villa with fantastic view.
Great house with good bedrooms, bathrooms, very nice terras, pool and the view over the sea. Very good service for cleaning the pool Permanent aircondition in all bedrooms. Do something about the smell in the lower rooms. Better maintenance in garden, it was a mess.

Great Villa to spread out. With four children the chill out space and table tennis facility were well appreciated. The dip pool was bigger than I thought it would be. Location was great. We didn't have a car but walked everywhere which we were happy to do. Most people in the area had a car. Great walking area and the local eateries were fab. Perfect location for running, cycling paddle boarding kayaking and swimming. I swam every day in the bay and snorkelled with the children in the afternoons. Thankyou Villa Guzman and Marius- who was very responsive to calls and emails. We will be back. Cafetiere. I made my coffee in the machine but husband likes filter coffee from a cafetiere

Super Blick und gute fußläufige Lage. Die Küchenausstattung war spartanisch und zusammengewürfelt. Keine Eierbecher, kein Salz- und Pfefferstreuer vorhanden. Kein Pfannenwender. Keine Putzmittel, außer Eimer, vorhanden. Staubsauger ohne Kraft. Abzieher für Duschen wäre hilfreich. Duschtrennwand auf Badewanne oder Haltegriff fehlt am Wannenbad. Außendusche? Lt. Beschreibung sollte man Duschen, bevor man den Pool nutzt. Abzieher für Duschen wäre hilfreich

#### Très agréable séjour dans très agréable villa..
La villa elle même..spacieuse..lumineuse…l’extérieur avec grande terrasse et belle piscine…vue sur mer…l’emplacement à 10-15 mn de la plage dEl Portet… Le manque de plats pour cuisiner..plats allant au four ( gentiment fourni par votre agence)..et de récipients pour faire de grosses salades pour 6…pied du parasol complètement desserré…manque 1 ou 2 parasols sur la terrasse..mettre plutôt une belle plancha que le barbecue au gaz…

Nette Mitarbeiter und auch der wohl externe Pool Service Sehr schönes Haus in angenehmer Wohnlage Wir buchen gerne wieder bei Villas Guzman Die Klappliegen hinterlassen unschöne Rostabdrücke auf der Terrasse. Dem Pool fehlt eine Abdeckung Das untere Tor nutzbar machen, damit man auf den Hof fahren kann. Die zwei Sofas sind recht unbequem und klein, diese könnte man ggf. durch ein Ecksofa ersetzen
