Fridge kept leaking water, owner tried to help over messages but didn't really help. It's in a decent location of Palermo so had some places nearby and parking very close for rental moped."

Indeed, the room was clean and renovated with air conditioning, however, it is located in a favela-type neighbourhood, so consider that. Another negative point was that from the moment we arrived at the building, there was an unpleasant smell of sewage, which never went away.
