The photos has nothing to do with the real state of the property: there is no reception, the music is loudy, the bathroom of the room is old, the windows do not close completely, the shades do not close completely also. The only nice is the view.

Very dirty, full of cockroaches and other insects, terrible terrible service, staff very rude, the door didnt work, without lock, shower without hot water, catfish, the photos doesnt look anything like reality, music very loud since 8 am, didnt sell us any dinner, beer or something to drink at 7 pm, without parking lot (only a small camera) contrary to what is announced in the app, horrible and dirty pool and the only decent area cost an extra fee, without TV, mosquito net in the room was useless...definitely not recommended, even less for that price...very expensive for that...

Estafa total, no hay ninguna persona adulta que te atienda, puro adolescente o jóvenes que no respetan el descanso, tuvieron música súper fuerte desde nuestro check in a las 3pm hasta las 12 del día que salimos del siguiente día, horrible le experiencia, éramos las únicas personas hospedadas en toda la propiedad, había una bolsa llena de basura afuera de nuestro cuarto y jamás la quitaron, nos cobraron 2k pesos la noche como si de verdad fuera un lugar de esa categoría, cuando por 600 pesos más te puedes quedar en el hotel Excelaris que sí está hermoso y limpio, la alberca estuvo sucia todo el tiempo y ni nos animamos a entrar, pésima decisión, no pudimos dormir por la música estridente y sus “comodidades suite” significaron 2 paquetitos de 1 pesos de shampoo head&shoulders, un papel de baño súper feo y duro y un aire acondicionado ruidoso. Pésimo, de verdad no pierdan su dinero en esta basura de lugar. Nos sentimos ultra estafadas y jamás volveremos, que lástima de lugar porque más fotos se ven hermosas

Pague por adelantado la reservacion y cuando llegue no tenian mis datos y el lugar estaba lleno. Me mandaron a otro hotel que estaba muy feo. Me tuve que aguantar porque tenia una boda ese dia. No vuelvo a reservar por Expedia ni a reservar en ese hotel.

Un lugar muy bonito, muy lindas vistas de la laguna, el personal muy atento y con excelente servicio, muy bien ambiente, la comida deliciosa. Todo muy bien, solo dos detalles, en la mañana no había agua caliente y las almohadas estaba rellenas de plumas y se les salían por todos lados
