"Wonderful place to get-way. Very peaceful neighborhood. Access to both private beach and public beach on Hermit Lake. Property is in a private wooded area across the street from Hermit Lake with a short walk access. Did not realize when I rented the place has two living units, where a care-taker (owner's father) lives in the basement unit. Very friendly person and helped source logs for the outside firepit. Grateful for the flashlights that were provided when a thunderstorm came by and took...

Luckily the house had plenty of space to accommodate lots of relaxing fun and family activities. Beautiful neighborhood for some safe and beautiful walks with the pups. Looking forward to staying in the area again in the summer to check out nearby Franconia and finally get to climb Rumney. Bryan was very reliable and easy to communicate with. "
