Staff were amazing. Marielena was brilliant. She accommodated our needs. We asked for a late checkout on short notice and it was still given. Our room was clean and had all the amenities. It felt very private and quiet even though it was right by the reception desk. Beds were comfortable. Beach was a few minutes away. Ubers were needed still however it was easy to request one.

From transfer from the airport to our reluctant return home, the gracious, courteous staff at Grecotel simply couldn't do enough for us. My wife and I returned for our third stay. This was the best so far, despite the difficult and uncertain times facing the local people. The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived. Our recently refurbished room on the 4 floor was beautifully appointed with a wonderful sea view from the balcony. Our every need was catered for, promptly and with a smile.
We love the atmosphere of the hotel, in particular the candles throughout the hotel at night.

We arrived at the airport at 2.00 am and just walked across the road to the hotel, which was so convenient. A very comfortable bed was welcome after a long flight. Breakfast was excellent. I would certainly stay there again.

We spent 4 nights in this small, lovely hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size and well appointed. The shower worked really well and so did the air conditioning. Breakfast is self-service with a reasonable choice. A bonus was that any time during the day you can help yourself to bottles of water, orange juice, milk etc. and the coffee machine in the breakfast room with take-a-way beakers (or china cups) is also available all day. The location is brilliant...
