It would be nice if the unit had a top down shade on the window since it opens directly onto the driveway into the interior courtyard parking lot. The pictures showed that it look out onto what looked to me like a parking lot. It was actually a driveway/walkway. If you opened the window shade at all, the room was totally exposed to cars and people going by. This could have been avoided by installing shades that lowered from the top. We experienced problems with after hours check in that could have been avoided with more clear and concise information. ##### Nancy L.
