I reserved a lock off as I was traveling solo which I would not recommend. First two nights were fine but when a neighboring party moved in next door I could hear every alarm, radio and TV at all hours. Would have liked to see something available to purchase each morning in the way of rolls, muffins, etc. The shuttle service was just terrific. Once we parked after checking in, we didn't get back in the car until we left. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and very efficient. We never waited more than a couple minutes for a ride down to the gondola and they picked us up very promptly when we called for a ride back to the lodge. A great service. Our room was just fine. The shower could use a new shower head, but the bathroom overall was just fine. Bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the fans as it was pretty warm during the day. Nice & cool at night. Overall, we very happy with the room and the price considering it was over the Fourth of July. We would certainly consider Bear Creek Lodge in any future visit to Telluride.
