We went in right at four. A five star management company would go to the small trouble of checking with the cleaning staff. If they’re already done (as they were in this case), say “yes, no problem”. The unit is incredibly located. However working with Vacasa has been horrendous. The unit was double booked and someone tried entering our unit on the 2nd night and woke our family and scared my kids. The nice woman showed me her confirmation. Vacasa acted like it was not a big deal and then stopped responding to me.We were then given a new code which was wrong and were locked out and had to call back in again and they asked why I did not have the right code. Just steps from the Bear Creek Trail and River Trail. 1/4 mile from Jud Wiebe trail as well as others. Comfortable beds and the couch was perfect for our family of four. The home has been very nicely updated and was very clean. The amenities were also very good. As a couple there was plenty of room but it wouldn't work for two couples. It is well suited to a young family because the second bedroom has twin beds and a lofted bed above them. I would definitely stay here again (as a couple). ##### Susan L.
