We were there during the spring/summer so I can’t say much about the location for skiing but for hanging around the beautiful town of Telluride, it’s perfect! It is in very close proximity to downtown Telluride. We were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants on the Main Street. The only downsides to this property were parking and noise.
