The rooftop balcony is wonderful. The proximity to desirable places in telluride is wonderful as well. There is, unfortunately, a large downside. The master bedroom is directly across the alley from the brown dog. As such the assortment of noises from delivery trucks to the endless dumping of glass bottles into the trash meant that it was only quiet from about 12:30 am to 6:30 am. Since it was summer and somewhat warm, we had to have the window opened which amplified the problem. If the noise wouldn’t bother you, then I would wholeheartedly recommend this spot. We rode our motorcycles up from Austin to spend a few days in Telluride. The folks at Latitude 38 were great every step of the way. From pre-stay communication to help solving some shipping needs along the way, their team was super helpful and responsive. Our property manager met us within minutes of our arrival and reviewed the property with us. The condo was great. We especially enjoyed the rooftop deck and the views of the town/mountains it provided. We spent a bunch of time up there. This location is blocks away from the bakery, the market, bars, shopping, the tram, and Bear Creek Falls hiking trail. We'd definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to stay in Telluride proper, and the Latitude 38 team that runs it was a pleasure to work with. ##### Patrick T.
