Lulu City Unit #5G is a fantastic 2BD/2BA multilevel condo (3rd floor walk-up) in the Town of Telluride making it ideal for enjoying the summer festival season and the winter ski season. Lulu 5G has views to the west of the valley floor and views to the east of the pool, aspen trees and the town nestled in the famous box canyon. Coonskin (Lift 7) is only a couple minute walk as is the grocery store! The River Trail is a few steps out the door, providing wonderful access to town attractions (all less than 10 minutes walk) and a network of hiking and biking trails. Amenities include recently renovated Pool w/Hot Tub, grill and Enclosed Private Garage. Clean and spacious condo in a great location! The property management team did a wonderful job stocking the home with thoughtful touches, including welcome goodies and plenty of toiletries, which made our stay extra comfortable. They were also responsive and helpful when we needed to secure local parking upon check-in.

Everything you need!

Great deal. This condo (…for Telluride) was very reasonable and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. The location, next to the ski lift, was convenient and the free town bus would drop us off right at the door. Brandon was an excellent host and attended to our every whim.

Wonderful accommodation

We’ve stayed in a lot of places downtown telluride and this was a favorite! The location is a very easy walk to lift 7 or the free bus if you want to go to gondola. The unit was impeccably clean, the beds super comfortable. We had an extended stay and I like to cook and eat in. The kitchen was very well equipped and lacked for nothing. We highly recommend this unit

We enjoyed our stay. Accommodation is well Located and very comfortable. Beds are super comfy. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked. The pool area wasn’t the cleanest but do appreciate that it’s shared and that will vary day by day and week by week. We would stay again and would recommend.

Another fantastic stay!

Found this place in 2023 and was so excited to come back this year. It's on the far end of town, so there's a lot of walking, but the scenery is gorgeous! Love taking the river trail to town and it's a beautiful walk out west on the trail too. Will definitely be back!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in Telluride and would definitely stay in this 2-bedroom condo again. Great location within walking distance of the lift in town. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere and the unit itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful long weekend.

Great trip!

Myself and some friends were hitting the Jeep trails for the weekend and I'm happy I found this place. Easy to check in and out, very clean and comfortable and extremely convenient to downtown. Highly recommended!
