"Apartment was warm & cosy on arrival, we didn’t meet the host due to late arrival. It would have been nice to receive a welcome pack, bread, milk, wine, etc, but minor point.We did have trouble with electricity (hall lights) but quickly resolved with a phone call to host.There could have been more up to date information, eg. Issue with hall lights!"
