"This is a very small hotel, about 30 rooms, right at the foot of the ski slopes, with stunning views all round. Stayed there for a weeks skiing with a friend (the skiing is great there). The staff were all lovely, really helpful, hotel spotless, beautiful lounge and terrace, comfy dining room with log burner, and bar on the end of the hotel. "Amazing stag at Les Monts d'Arbois. Service was great especially the shuttles to go the nearby ski lift or city center. The swimming pool is beautiful and great after a ski session. The hotel is very kid friendly and they loved the kids club room. The room (suite Edmond) is large and nicely decorates with a modern twist on the chalet style."

"It is not written in the description but they do not provide towers or even linen, they do not clean the flat and i know this because when we left the new guests were waiting outside. If you leave any rubbish in the flat they charge you 100. they will respond to this review all sorts of lies (wet the bed, left alot of rubbish in the flat) but it is all rubbish and just their excuse to make more money. Also they tell you that you can have late checkout and then a day before the trip they say they cant! DO NOT STAY, MANY BETTER PLACES. "
