A picture-perfect hotel built upon a historic site while preserving all of the history of the location. You feel as if you are back in time along with the amazing luxuries the property has to offer.
Great high end hotel in a beautiful historic building right across from the famous jaffa clock tower.
Lush rooms and great staff! Probably the best hotel breakfast we have ever seen. (Very very pricey if not includded)
Every single member of the staff was professional, courteous, helpful, and warm. The facilities are maintained on a high level. Best massage at a spa ever received. Food at breakfast was plentiful, fresh and delicious
Unfortunately this isn’t a very welcoming hotel.
Initially no one answered the phone and then I was told there was no parking available. They could have directed me to free parking in the area (Saturday) but could only advise on paid parking. On check in I was initially told I had to wear a handband everywhere in the hotel - which seemed odd. It’s not a resort. When I questioned this further I was then told just in the pool area.
The pool area is pleasant but overcrowded. Chairs even block out the panorama from the pool. I booked the hotel for the pool which looked larger from pictures but there are too many people posing for Instagram to swim.
It’s a such a shame they close the pool area two hours before sunset as well given the stunning views and what a nice time it would be to swim or even sit with the view.
Breakfast is excellent and in a nice spot.
Unfortunately security outside the hotel and reception staff didn’t make this a welcoming trip. I booked it as a treat and it wasn’t worth it. Other hotels a fraction of the cost do it better and I didn’t enjoy my stay as I was hoping to.
It’s a gorgeous hotel in a perfect location if you want to walk to the Old City and great shopping, etc.
The staff were sweet, the rooms clean and hip and comfortable.
Everything about the hotel is 5 star.
But I was on the street and it is a bit noisy at times. Not enough to ruin sleep or not stay there but just had to let people know.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
We are looking for this property since it is facing the sea, as well as the gym; upon arrival it is difficult to find the parking lot since if you have a car you have to leave your suitcases in the lobby and from there move until you find the place; there is no signage that says hotel parking; there is no valet parking; confusing, at check-in there was no possibility of room upgrade; We went to the hotel bar in the area overlooking the sea for a beautiful sunset; good brunch in the restaurant. The room with the necessary; regarding the bathroom, it had a water outlet in the shower, we flooded each time we bathed, we had dinner in the restaurant on the first floor, the place was very nice and the food was good, the day of check-out we asked for one more hour and the only answer was IMPOSSIBLE, don't even let us see the option in order 70/30 we won't be back there are better options at this price
