An excellent Expedia recommendation for a Tel Aviv trip that was a mix or work and pleasure. Located in a convenient “base” area with easy access to most of central Tel Aviv. The value is xceptional and I will be back!

After a long flight we were able to check in early. The staff was kind and professional. The room was small, but big enough. The shower and bathroom were really nice. The bed was comfortable. What more could you want for an overnight in Tela viv

Terrible experience - I would not recommend staying here. The room was extremely small, and the air conditioning did not work. After arriving from a late-night flight, there was no one there to greet me or let me into the property, and I had not been properly informed beforehand about how I was supposed to access the hotel. Another guest actually had to contact the property on my behalf so that I could get inside. The experience was bad enough that I ultimately had to find and pay for another hotel instead. I requested a refund through Expedia, but the property has repeatedly failed to respond to Expedia’s attempts to contact them regarding my refund request. I am now out approximately $1,300 CAD for a seven-night stay I did not use. There are so many beautiful hotels in Tel Aviv with far better service. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.
