Apartment very clean and in good order. Comfortable beds. There are no reception staff and support is via WhatsApp.

Great room with fabulous view over the city, such a large terrace too. Lovely shower. Shout out to Shlomi who was particularly helpful.

My wife and I visited Tel Aviv for 10 nights for the first time in June 2017 . We had an excellent time staying at the A23 Boutique Hotel. The rooms felt really modern and new. All the staff were exceptionally friendly (with particular praise to Topaz and Jan in the bar). The meals were really delicious and hearty too. This was among one of the best holidays we have been on!

A pretty boutique hotel , the room small (we had one with a balcony and sea view) and decorated in bronze , wood and beige. Very contemporary and comfortable. There was wine and chocolate to welcome us. The hotel has a modern bar and restaurant (sometimes open sometimes not) and a wonderful roof terrace with seating but a non functioning bar in the autumn/ winter. We enjoyed our 6 night stay. Hotel staff are all very helpful and friendly, location is minutes from the beach and main streets with plenty of shops and restaurants. Breakfast is the best we have had at any hotel. We will definitely return soon. Overall one of the best hotels we have stayed in, we had an amazing time!

We stayed 4 nights in this central clean hotel. It was quiet, spacious and had everything we needed. The free mineral water was an added bonus. The staff were helpful and the price was reasonable and good value.

I really liked the staff who were very friendly and helpful. The guy who cleaned the room was especially friendly and made me feel valued as a guest. This was my first time staying at this hotel but having stayed in about fifteen hotels in Tel Aviv over the years, I’m sure I will return to Jacob Samuel in the future. One small thing: hair conditioner and body lotion would have been appreciated.

Gorgeous boutique hotel, excellent service and fabulous location. Great 24/7 catering facilities and wonderful staff. Free bikes and a lovely breakfast. Light, airy rooms and a lovely rooftop terrace with an honesty bar. Wonderful hotel, wonderful place, wonderful holiday.
