If we are lucky, we will come back again. We love that the roof. Sitting on a large balcony with the Nepresso coffee provided is a treat. Shlomi, who runs the desk, is very kind and helpful. And the price is right. Two short blocks to Frishman beach and to the promenade. If you are looking for very nice room, bathroom and kitchenette without frills this is the place. Due consigli: la pulizia è prevista ogni 3 giorni, non consiglio giornaliera ma magari ogni 2 giorni sarebbe ottimo, noi siamo arrivati il giovedì sera e fino alla domenica, che era il giorno del check out, la stanza non è mai stata pulita. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ich habe nichts vermisst. Ein großer Balkon mit Sitzecke stand auch zur Verfügung. Leider wurden nachts auf der Ben Yehuda street gebaut, mit Oropax war die Lautstärke aber erträglich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das der Inhaber Herr Gottesman wirklich überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit war, Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Shopping oder ein Stellplatz für den Mietwagen bei allem hat mir Herr Gottesman gute Tips gegeben! Notre interlocuteur local Schlomi est très efficace et disponible avec une gentillesse rare aujourd'hui. Petits bemols: Éclairage un peu sombre dans les pièces et parking inexistant dans la résidence contrairement aux indications sur le descriptif. Жили в номере 53, 5 этаж, вдвоем, совсем небольшой номер, но огромная (метров 40) терраса с видом на город. Больше двух человек не поместится. В номере холодильник, микроволновка, чайник. Для нас подошло идеально. Полотенца меняли каждый день, есть отдельные полотенца для пляжа. Обратите внимание на время работы офиса (ресепшена) для получения и сдачи ключей. Вай-фай отличный, напротив апартов супермаркет. Единственный минус: вся терраса ограничена стеклянными бордюрами, которые были ужасно грязные, что слегка портило вид города и лежа на кровати и сидя на крыше. It was a perfect place to stay in Tel Aviv. The street noise was bothersome for sleeping so a unit away from street front would be preferred.
