  • IN THE HEART OF GRAN CANARIA, THE IDEAL BASE TO EXPLORE THE WHOLE ISLAND. LOCATED IN THE WESTERN MOUNTAINS, ENJOYING MILDER TEMPERATURES THAN THE NORTH AND EAST. THIS RENOVATED ACCOMMODATION, OVER 250 YEARS OLD, IS RECOGNIZED AS PART OF THE HISTORIC HERITAGE OF THE CANARY ISLANDS.



    SITUATED IN NUBLO RURAL PARK, A BIOSPHERE RESERVE, AND SINCE JULY 2019, A UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE. THE HOUSE IS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TEJEDA, NAMED ONE OF SPAIN'S 30 MOST BEAUTIFUL VILLAGES.

    Car rental is recommended. There is one parking space on the premises and free street parking. Up to 3 pets are allowed on request and available for an extra fee. The property does not have air conditioning. There is a security alarm but no security cameras. Parties and events are not permitted. The pool is open from May 1st to the third week of October.
