"비치로드와 세컨로드 둘 다 접근하기 용이하며, 터미널 21 쇼핑몰과 빅씨 마트로 가기에도 좋습니다. 한인 타운도 근처에 있어서, 한국음식 찾으시는 것도 어렵지 않습니다. 방 컨디션은 크지 않지만 불편한 구조는 아닙니다. 청결상태는 매우 좋습니다만, 환경 보호 목적으로 요청시에 침대시트 교환이나 수건 교환이 이루어지니 참고하세요. 어매니티도 다회용으로 제공되고, 칫솔 같은건 프론트 데스크에 요청해야 합니다. 수영장은 1층, 5층 두 군데 입니다. 1층이 메인이고 가족 친화적입니다. 5층은 작지만 사진찍기에는 5층이 낫습니다. 전체적으로 스텝들도 친절하고 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다."

"The hotel was okay, and overall we had a nice experience. The housekeeping team did a great job cleaning the room every day and replenishing everything we needed. The highlight of our stay was one of the security staff members. Unfortunately, I don’t know his name, but he was not very tall and was extremely friendly and helpful. I wish I knew his name so I could mention him personally because he provides amazing service. He is working today. Every time we saw him, he would ask if we were okay and always went the extra mile whenever we had questions or needed assistance. His kindness and dedication made a positive difference to our stay. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to this wonderful security staff member for his exceptional service."
