"The surprise 1000baht deposit was an unwelcome surprise- and we were early and our room wasn’t ready- I was told they would call me when it was ready but that never happened. When we decided to try again at 4 pm the room was ready. The hotel is lovely and well appointed but there was mold around the tub in the bathroom. Also, there are 3 levels in the bathroom and the step between sink area and toilet is not well marked and treacherous til we got used to it. On the plus side pool area was lovely and breakfast was awesome"

"I wasn’t very impressed by this property, online I read great reviews so I was hoping for a great experience. Upon pulling in I was underwhelmed by the entrance as it’s shared with a mall and not a particularly nice one. We checked in and the lobby area is nice, they offer some complimentary infused waters and such. The pool area is very nice as is the breakfast. What wasn’t nice was the room and the hallway to the room, I was shocked when I got up the elevator and realized the hallways were outdoors like a motel. Next we went to the room and the age of the room immediately showed. The bathroom in particular was not nice at all, gross grout patch, a dated tub with soap scum and mildew, blinds in the shower(very strange), the TV doesn’t support Netflix or streaming from your phone so be prepared to watch local Thai TV at night. The beach is not part of the property it is across a very busy street so keep that in mind as well."

"Nice photo with some really cool features. I like the rounded edges of the various fixtures in the room. When hotels featured a king size bed, I want expecting 2 singles bed combined. It’s uncomfortable spring in the centre of the bed. The water park was small. I was expecting something much bigger. Breakfast spread was good though. I always didn’t like the jacuzzi. The gap between the tub n the edge is dangerously"
