I really like the fact that Cristiano was so kind to give me an upgrade the first night; however, on the following nights it was a complete downgrade. I mean, it was not something that I really think was value for my money. I've stayed in Corona de Oro for more than five years, and usually everything goes very smoothly. I know there was one grumpy guy at the reception that was not doing things right.
