I really like the fact that Cristiano was so kind to give me an upgrade the first night; however, on the following nights it was a complete downgrade. I mean, it was not something that I really think was value for my money. I've stayed in Corona de Oro for more than five years, and usually everything goes very smoothly. I think that most of the staff, like the guy that is at night, he's such a sweetheart, and Cristiano was also a super cool guy and very giving, but there was no water in my room every day. I know there was one grumpy guy at the reception that was not doing things right.
