"We have have left a day early due to the single beds giving us back ache if they had of been bigger single beds of even better king sized beds we would have stayed the extra night and day. The staff are extremely friendly and and helpful. If I was to go back I would book through the hotel for a better deal and a view "

"Clean room and hotel in very central location "

"Check in was simple and we left our luggage pre-stay whilst meeting a friend travelling on a later train. Room was clean and stocked with amenities in bathroom and fresh milk and bottled water in fridge. Overnight the room was quite warm even with heat on low. Windows opened but then a little noisy due to proximity of theatre and train station (both handy for us as we were on a theatre trip). Breakfast was pleasant and tasty. Checkout as easy as check-in. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout the stay. "

"There was a slight issue with a previous guests item in our room upon arrival which was immediately addressed by staff (Alice was amazing!!) and I was offered an upgrade to an amazing suite and a drink on the house. The hotel is beautiful, well situated in the city centre close to everything you need. Overall it was an amazing stay and it’s clear that the hotel cares deeply for ensuring every stay meets their expectation and when it doesn’t, they go above and beyond to rectify that. Thank you again!"
