Newly renovated, bright and cozy apartment located in the center of Tbilisi. 3-minutes walk from the Technical University subway station. Secure entrance with chip and video cameras. Pharmacy and large market "Carfour" on the first floor of the building. McDonald's, Wendy's, Subway and the city zoo are nearby. The apartment is ideal for short or long stays.  
New modern building with a beautiful lobby and two elevators, 24/7 video surveillance and chip entry system. The apartment itself is a studio with à separate bedroom and a balcony.  
The building is located in the central area of the city. 3 minutes walk from the subway station and public transport. Markets, pharmacies, shopping center and branded stores, fast food restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.
