Having kitchen facilities and washing machine options makes it suitable if you want more than just a room. My room was fine except an air conditioning unit on a higher floor dripped loudly to the ground every second or two, the drops crashing down all day and night like water torture. I had to keep my window shut all night. The air con kept turning itself off, so this was an issue. The drip from hell needs to be addressed. Apart from that, all was good. But why is the entrance drive so poorly labelled and so scary at night?
