Enjoy this decorated and cozy apartment (80 square) which is situated on the 2nd floor of old building of the 20th century.
Situated right in the heart of central Tbilisi's old quarter.
JUST next to the building you can find popular bars, Tbilisi Concert Hall, dining places, supermarkets, local shops, Pharmacy, Banks and Metro station. You can walk nearby and explore historic areas, parks and enjoy nightlife. Our apartment is located very close to RUSTAVELI AVENUE. Transfer can be arranged.
The space
I tried to think about every detail in our apartment to make your stay very comfortable and make you feel at home.
This 80 sq Apartment has balcony facing directly Petre Melikishvili Avenue.
Balcony is perfect place for chill evenings or sunny mornings with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
Guest access
The apartment has two separate bedrooms and living room. One with a king size bed (200/190cm), wardrobe, window looking directly on Petre Melikishvili avenue.
Second bedroom is larger, with queen size bed (200/170cm) and balcony facing central avenue.
There is also, separate cozy living room where guests can rest, watch TV and have dinner. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment.
Other things to note
Check-in or out time can be flexible, unless there are no guests arriving the same day. In this case check-in will be from 3 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. As the apartment facing main avenue there might be potential noise.(car driving noise)
Please, note, that smoking inside the apartment is prohibited (Please, use balcony for this) and please, take care of our beautiful apartment. Thank you :)
