Imperial Inn may not look like much from the outside, but the recent renovations inside are really nice. The pictures are accurate, staff was friendly, check in was easy. Nothing special, no hairdryer or iron, but just a clean, safe, comfortable place to stop. Thank you for a nice stay.

Not a fancy hotel, but clean with a nice, walk-in shower. If you're a runner, take advantage of the Tazewell park 1 mile paved loop ... with a few hills.

The hotel is an older hotel but has had some renovations. The bathroom is very updated and nice. The room was exceptionally clean except for this one very old chair that needs to be thrown OUT!! I enjoyed my stay it was perfect for what we needed and the price was great. I will definitely stay again!! 😃

Needs a coffee pot in the room with coffee. Also needs a hair blow dryer in bathroom. Outstanding water pressure in shower. Room was very clean and up to date. Excellent front office service. Highly recommend!

I came in for a quick overnight trip and this was conveniently located. The room I stayed in was newly renovated and in great condition. The staff that checked me in was super nice and courteous. It's an older building so the walls are thin, thankfully I had quiet people around me. Definitely would stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Great Deal Right Next to Cumberland Gap

Don't be put off by the renovations going on outside, the rooms are completely finished and very comfortable. Staff was very accomodating and the stay was pleasant. Would stay here again

The outside of the facility was dated, but when we went to our room we were wonderfully surprised with a very clean room that had obviously been recently renovated. The bathroom was fabulous and the beds were comfortable! It was convenient to Cumberland Gap National Historical Park. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Our only concern was the rooms are not sound proof and you can hear every other guest around you. It’s a historical building so I don’t think much can be done about that.

The room was very clean and very nicely remodeled. The staff was very friendly at check in. The down side was no coffee maker in the room as advertised and was unable to reach anyone at the front desk to request a hairdryer the next morning.

The room was clean and I loved the shower. The fridge and the microwave need to be updated. The staff was very helpful and considerate, especially with helping me with a room in a spot I could get to easily given the fact that I am physically disabled.

I really like how nice the guy is that works here his name is Kebie, the rooms are nice and clean they smell good. The customer service is great and the location is good ,dollar general and AnB tobacco is a hop skip and a jump away.

The outside isn't great, but the room was freshly renovated and nice. The shower is huge with amazing water pressure. Beds weren't horrible, but bring your own pillow. For the price, I'd definitely stay again. Also the staff was very friendly.
