  • Our spacious and comfortable home is located in the heart of Papamoa, offering the perfect combination of convenience, relaxation and space for the whole family. you'll be a short walking distance from the beach, local shops, cafes, restaurants and everyday conveniences.
    The house offers generous living space, making it ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The main living area opens out onto a large deck , creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor flow and the perfect spot for morning coffees, relaxed meals or an evening drink.
    There is also a second lounge, providing extra space for families to spread out, relax watch a movie or enjoy some quiet time. With plenty of room both inside and out, the home is designed for comfortable holidays and longer stays.
    The large backyard is a real highlight offering plenty of space for children to play and is fully fenced.
    With the beach, shops and local amenities all at walking distance you can enjoy having everything close by while still having a peaceful, spacious home to return to.
