One bathroom and a full kitchen with oven, stove top, fridge and microwave plus standard kitchen utensils. Laundry with washing machine. Private back garden fully fenced with outdoor table set and a shed for gear storage. Fully furnished with lovely white linen and towels, plus duvets and pillows. Office desk and chair too. 5 minutes drive to shopping malls, cinemas and restaurants. 2 Minutes walk to the waters edge for swimming, surfing fishing or just lazying around. it stretches for miles. . Bus stop just around corner. Summerhill mountain biking 15 minutes drive. Instant bookers check our rules please before you instant book. Dog may or may not be accepted - so please tell us about your pooch before instant booking or when requesting a booking. Also please read our house rules, rental agreement and dog policy.
