    This very spacious, private beach pad has 1 bedroom and a queen size bed with all bedding, sheets, pillows, duvets supplied.

    The 2 sofabeds are in the lounge and open out into double beds. If you are using the sofa beds, bring your own sleeping bags or linen pillows duvets.

    One bathroom with a shower.

    A full kitchen with oven, stove top, fridge and microwave plus standard kitchen utensils.

    Laundry with washing machine enclosed line in backyard.

    .Private back garden fully fenced with outdoor table set and a shed for gear storage.

    Wifi and Chromecast provided.

    Office desk and chair.

    5 minutes drive to shopping malls, cinemas and restaurants. 2 Minutes walk to the waters edge for swimming, surfing fishing or just lazying around. it stretches for miles. . Bus stop just around corner. Summerhill mountain biking 15 minutes drive. Two golf courses 15 minutes drive

Just Beachy perfect

This place was comfortable, clean and quiet, as well as close to supermarket, kebabs, bakery, shops and cafes and eso the beach. Perfect to meet family who are visiting home. Cookung facilities and kitchen fully self contained makes all the difference for ease of staying 4 nights. Would happily stay again. Thank you Juanita xxxx

Papamoa Stay

We had business to attend to in the Papamoa area and the accommodation was very central to our requirements. The fully equiped unit is far better than motel accommodation. Thank you Juanita for you help regarding the missing pearl ring. It has now been found. Cheers Laurie

Great locationally, lots of space, and handy having a full kitchen. Although we found the place to be quite cold, particularly in the bedroom and bathroom area. Cute back yard with a space to put gear in the shed and hang laundry outside. Super easy check in, and parking. Thank you ☺️
