Perfect for small families, corporate stays, or couples, this cosy home offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The space The fully equipped kitchen, complete with an espresso coffee machine, is perfect for making your morning brew or preparing meals. Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds for comfort, and the bathroom includes a shower for your convenience. There are two lounges to enjoy — one in the main living area with a smart TV, and another cosy lounge with a Smart TV (Google Chrome Cast), beanbags and a couch, ideal for keeping the kids entertained while you unwind. The house is set on a fully fenced section with an outdoor patio, complete with a dining table, BBQ, and a grassy area perfect for relaxing. Kids will love the swing, and the outdoor space is perfect for year-round BBQs. Located just a 5-minute walk from Arataki Beach, you'll find a local café, Special Mention, along with great fish & Chip takeaways and a dairy nearby for your convenience. The home also offers off-street parking for one car, with plenty of street parking available if needed. Full washing and drying facilities are provided for added comfort. This property can offer three beds if required, including two queen-sized bedrooms and the option to add an extra single bed in the rumpus room if needed (room pictured with beanbags and TV).
