The property is centrally located 2 mins drive Mt Maunganui\`s main Shopping/ Dinning Hub, an easy drive to the popular Mount Surf Beach & across the road from Blake Park sports venue. Simply set up & can sleep up to 8 guests. Easy Family Friendly home, two levels, located down a private right of way with off street parking for up to 2 vehicles. Shared concrete parking area. (Separate attached occupied unit on ground floor). Comfortable living/ Kitchen area with WIFI, smart tv & heat pump. Kitchen includes oven, microwave, fridge freezer & basic cooking essentials. Bathroom has bath over shower. Washing machine available. Bedrooms are a generous size, with bed linen & bath towels provided. L1 - Master Bedroom with King size bed.
