"From the second we booked our night away it was obvious that the customer service was excellent. All the staff that we came into contact with couldn't do enough for us and they were very friendly and informative. Our room was large, with one kingsized bed and a single bed, with french windows that opened up to a lovely view of Wookey Hole. I wasn't impressed by our evening meal, it was very average, but I will say that dessert was delicious, as was the amazing breakfast. It didn't put me off though as we've rebooked for October!"

"The property was spotlessly clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. My only criticism is that the bread in the sandwiches was the cheap,chewy, sliced bread you find at supermarkets."

"Liked the fact the hotel is dog friendly, good food, nice bar area and friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is our room was cold - the window was open when we arrived and then heating didn't work we had to go to reception (who I think knew it didn't work) who gave us a heater to take the chill off the room"
