![Slovakia's High Tatras Mountain! I was at a frozen glacial lake called Štrbské pleso. It's one of the most iconic landmarks in Slovakia.  It is really amazing to walk on it! And to see so many people having fun! With their friends, family and classmates. It was a beautiful early March day. I had a great winter holiday this year in Slovakia :). The views were really stunning everywhere!

 In my post-processing work I did edit out a construction site (or whatever it is. I never got close enough to see). So, if you visit Štrbské pleso don't be surprised it is there!

And more info about Štrbské pleso: It's the 2nd-largest glacial lake on the Slovak side of the High Tatras, Maximum depth is 20 metres (66 ft). Surface elevation is 1,346 m (4,416 ft). "We really enjoyed our stay in Aplend Kamzak apartments. Check in was smooth and fast, and we received a comfortable apartment with separate bedroom as booked. It had a small kitchenette, so we also could prepare some or our own meals. Cleaning is only once during your stay, but you can book extra cleaning for a fee. "Ok hotel in tiny vilage, area quiet but there is literally nothing nearby... All food, gas and supermarket needs Have to be gotten in Poprad 15 to 20 minutes drive away. Rooms super plain and spartan. Towels were not change daily, not sure why... Breakfast was average. Overall if You want to send a night in this area there are options in Poprad or in Strebske Pleso, there is No real reason to Look eksewhere... "
