Bad smell
The room was stincky as if no one has cleaned it for ages. We complained and a cleaning lady came. But it didn't help. It took one full day for the smell to disappear. Moreover, the furnitures were dirty and broken. How can a hotel offer such a room? And how come they didn't immediately send us for another hotel if they couldn't offer another room? Very very disappointing and very surprised that this hotel is rated very highly.

very good location quiet area good staff good breakfast no room service 😤adding few pictures after room service hoover not being used in 6 nights beding never changed in 6 nights toilet rolls on floor inthe room apart this is all very good

Quick winter trip
Perfect and cozy hotel for an unbelievably good price. Breakfast was superb, bar prices at really nice. The hotel located approx 35 min walking from the city center. Would go again.

Poor effort from the Hotel staff, real let down.
Upon arriving at the Hotel we were very surprised by the lack of welcome we received, we didn't expect much, a "Hello and welcome" probably. Instead we had to ask if we cld check in. The receptionnist offered no useful information, we had to ask a lot of questions. We asked if there was somewhere we could eat and she said "no" (despite their website clearly stating they had a "Restaurant"). We later discovered that the Hotel only does food if you book a half board acccomodation but you can request a meal on an ad-hoc basis. We felt very excluded from this Hotel,one evening they had arranged entertainment, but had made no effort to invite us and had closed the door to the Dining area. On our last morning for Breakfast, all but 3 of the tables had been reserved for new guests. The Hotel had no atmosphere, no friendly faces and we were left a little bit confused by it all. Too Far Out of Town
Although the hotel itself was pleasant enough and very picturesque, its location left a lot to be desired. Firstly, it is at the end of a dirt road with no lighting and a lot of potholes. This made coming to the hotel in the dark a hazard for both cars and pedestrians. In the immediate area of the Willa Helan there are few facilities; even the restaurant the hotel staff recommended was never open during our 6 day stay. This meant a 3km walk to get to Zakopane was our best option, as the local bus service was next to non-existent. As a base for winter sports I’m sure Willa Helan, and Zakopane itself, is a fine place, otherwise my wife and I found it disappointing.

Good stay in quiet part of zakopane
Nice hotel in a quiet area of Zakopane. Happy with my stay. It was about a 10 minute drive to the main part of town. + Comfortable bed + Clean + Good breakfast + Lots of parking + Great english at reception - No kettle in room to make tea

Nice hotel
I had a nice stay here. I stayed in a single room for 2 nights. + The bed was comfortable and pillow ok. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. Bathroom was good with plenty of hot water and water pressure. Plenty of car parks Breakfast was a nice spread. Mix of hot and cold. Staff at reception were friendly and spoke great English. - I would have liked a kettle in the room to make tea.

This hotel is first class facility with great views and location. The price you pay including very good breakfast is dirt cheap. Facility is very clean inside and out. Strongly recomanded!

A beautifully quiet location to relax
A lovely hotel with a great breakfast spread and the softest of towels! Don't be put off by the location from the town centre as the mini-bus service around Zakopane is really cheap & frequent. A great base to enjoy some summer adventures. I believe all the rooms have balconies so you can enjoy the views on both sides of the hotel

Splendid villa on the edge of town
Well I didn't see the beautiful mountains, but that's down to low cloud and not the hotel's fault. A little tricky to find, but worth the effort as it's a recently opened and pretty lavish place. Great tavern serving traditional cuisine and good beer 5 mins walk

Nice hotel in Zakopane
It's a nice hotel in Zakopane with very friendly staff. The room was very tidy and had all you needed including a balcony with a pretty nice view! At this price (which also included breakfast) it was an amazing bargain! Also if you're staying there make sure you sign up to one of their dinners! The food was delicious!

Very cheap place.
Surprisily no hair dryer in the room, beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was nothing special, coffee, juices were horrible. Service staff was ok, had to wait for them at the lobby for quite long.

Just amazing!
An unimaginably wonderful stay at this hotel. Quaint, quiet and comfortable in a most beautiful setting in amazing Poland. The staff were most friendly and ever ready to offer assistance. I would recommend this property anytime!

It was a great stay! Everyone speaks English, it was good. But hotel is pretty far from the city center and all the places. If you like hiking (like I do) - it's OK! Room was too small for two people. It's too small even for one. But it was clean and cozy.

Hidden secret of Zakopane.
If you are looking for a hidden jewels in the Tatra mountain, in Zakopane, this is the place to be! Everybody, speaks English, and the hotel management is very professional. The room was clean with a balcony and a breathtaking view. The included in the price breakfast,was awesome-with plenty of local food.This was my first time in summer high season, and also my wife was very pleased. To reach it, is better to have a car with navigation, and is close to many beautiful places. The family, that own this only 4 yrs old hotel ( that is maintained like brand new ) will go overboard to accommodate any of yours request!. My family, will be definitely back also for the winter season...

Mountain hotel with some great views
Newer (6 year old) mountain hotel 5 km from the center of the resort of Zakopane. It is a 40 room chalet. It is hard to find, off a main road and down what looks like a dirt driveway. On the property the pavement is perfect. The hotel is so new you can even roll Your suitcase up a ramp. The single rooms are very small but comfortable, and many have a small balcony. Even though when I was there, there were only two guests, the breakfast buffet was Complete and acceptable for a hotel of this class. In the off season, parking was free, but in high season there is a charge,

Hotel zlokalizowany poza centrum, ale niedaleko znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, w okolicy są tez sklepy. Pokoje w porządku, ręczniki wymieniane na prośbę, brak dokładania przyborów kosmetycznych oraz wody podczas pobytu. Śniadania smaczne, różnorodny wybór. W hotelu znajduje się przestrzeń dla dzieci. Parking - przestrzenny, ale dojazd do hotelu tylko dla osób o mocnych nerwach lub mocnym zawieszeniu - dziura na dziurze, nie ma właściwie porządnej drogi.

Sauberes Hotel am Rande von Zakopane in ruhiger Umgebung mit großem weitläufigen Wiesengrundstück. Zufahrts-Stichstrasse in katastrophalem Zustand (schmaler Feldweg mit großen Schlaglöchern! Sehr kleines Zimmer, allerdings mit Balkon. P direkt vor dem Hotel. Frühstück überschaubar, Restaurant war für uns nicht in Betrieb, da Busgesellschaft, jedoch genügend Alternativen in der weiteren Umgebung.

Idealny hotel istnieje.
Hotel z pięknym widokiem na góry. Wystrój pokoju wspaniały skromny ale bardzo urokliwy, poprostu idealne miejsce nie tylko dla osób podróżujących we dwoje, ale również dla pobytu biznesowego ze wzgledu na spokój i cisze w okolicy. Rodziny z dziećmi również znajdą tu wytchnienie hotel posiada wspaniała sale zabaw dla dzieci i wielki ogród do szaleństwa dla najmłodszych. Z sali restauracyjnej rozpozciera się piekny widok na otaczajace Nas do okoła góry, śniadania przepyszne i urozmaicane menu. Doskonale zlokalizowane 35 minut na piechote do centrum drogą glówna lub jakies 15-20 przez trase widokowa pobliskimi pagórkami. Dosłownie 3 min od hotelu znajduje się sklep czynny do 23 a tuż obok przystanek z którego dojedziemy do centrum za 3 zl w okolo 7-10 minut. Bardzo bardzo polecam. Napewno nie raz tu wrócimy. Podziękowanie dla całego personelu i właścicieli za dbanie o gości i umilanie pobytu ;) pozdrawiam Jakub .

Wszystko prawie ok, ale w restauracji klejąca podłoga i brudne naczynia ( najbardziej kubki do kawy/herbaty)- niedomyte. Udostępniono Nam pokój nieposprzątany po poprzednich gościach. Słaby przepływ informacji pomiędzy personelem. Wierzę, że to jedyny taki incydent.

na każdą kieszeń
Pokoje bardzo, bardzo małe a do tego meble niekomfortowo ustawione, np. jest biurko ale juz krzesło do biurka nie da się nawet podsunać, nie mówiąc o jakimś uzytkowaniu. Stolik jak dla krasnoludka. Śniadania świeże, dobre, ale zawsze to samo. Ogólna ocena ok jak na ta cenę.
